In Acts 9:32–43, we see Jesus continuing His ministry through His people. Peter does not perform miracles to amaze or to impress. He simply names the power of Jesus: “Jesus Christ heals you.”

The heart of Christian witness is not clever argument or emotional persuasion. It is the courageous clarity that Jesus is alive, present, and compassionate today.
To speak good news is not to pressure or perform. It is to bear witness to the mercy God has already given us in Christ. We do not convince people. The Spirit draws hearts. We simply clearly speak the good news of the God who meets us in our weakness and restores us to life.
So we say it softly and boldly at the same time: Jesus is enough for you and for me.

3 | Missional Practice of the Week - A Simple Invitation
This week has two steps:
- Share ordinary life.
Invite one of the people you have been praying for into something simple:- A meal
- Coffee
- A walk
- A casual hangout
- Invite them to church.
Before the week ends, offer a warm and honest invitation to join you on Sunday.
Not as a project.
Not as a performance.
But as an act of love.
We believe Jesus is present in the gathered worship of His people.
We believe He welcomes the weary, the curious, the hurt, and the hopeful.
So we invite other with peace, not fear.
We are not doing evangelism.
We are becoming Good News People.
Jesus is enough for you and for me.
4 | Doctrinal Focus - The Compassion of Christ
The mission of God is not driven by urgency or obligation. It is fueled by compassion. Jesus does not simply save people — He sees them, knows them, and loves them. He moves toward the broken, the lonely, and the ashamed with tenderness and strength. When the Church speaks good news, it is not offering ideas or advice. It is offering the living Christ who bends low in mercy.

It is not pressure, but presence. When we speak of Jesus with gentleness and honesty, we are participating in His own heart for the world.

Holy Spirit, continue to give us boldness: trusting that You give us everything we need to live in godliness and live on mission. May we care deeply enough for those around us that don’t know you that we share the good news of Jesus boldly. Replace fear with trust. Replace timidness with boldness. May our words be Yours - thank you that the work is Yours and that salvation belongs to You.
