ELDERS

At RHC, we believe the Senior Pastor of the local church is Jesus. Under Jesus, and the authority of His Word, the church is lovingly and gently led and shepherded by a plurality of called and qualified men (1 Timothy 3:1-7) known as Elders or Pastors. At Redemption Hill, we believe in and put into practice a plurality of leadership.

Lead by Serving

DEACONS & STAFF

Deacons operate under the ultimate direction and Leadership of Jesus as Head of the Church. They also serve under the direction and oversight of the local church Elders. The deacons function to help build up the church in health and conformity to Christ primarily through the avenue of practical ministries
(1 Timothy 3:8-13; Acts 6:1-6).

Our Kids Leadership Team is passionate about helping children know and follow Jesus in a safe, fun, and engaging environment. Each leader is dedicated to teaching God’s Word, modeling Christlike love, and partnering with families to nurture faith from the earliest age.
